Consolidated Holds Quality Summit

During the first week of January, the CUS Auditors, Trainers and Regional Managers met in Atlanta, Georgia for the first Quality Summit of 2007. The meeting focused around customer service and the development of operational procedures to ensure increased levels of quality service to the new and existing client base of Consolidated Utility Services, Inc.

The Quality Summit highlighted the kinds of issues we face and a lot of great ideas our employees have for maintaining and improving our total quality effort for our customers," said Brian Johnson, Vice President and COO of Consolidated Utility Services, Inc.

Hosts and keynote speakers at the 2 day summit included Brian Johnson, Vice President/Chief Operations Officer and Mike Marrero, Director of Safety and Training at CUS. Consolidated Utility Services, President/Chief Executive Officer, Rob Karam and Brian Seaberg, Director of Sales and Marketing also spoke at the January event.
